Started doing some work for #421 (CXF 2.5.x):

  * Switched the CXF dependency version as well as other dependencies' (neethi, etc.) versions accordingly
  * Inspired by the work done on Mule for the CXF 2.5.x upgrade, on http://mule.1045714.n5.nabble.com/mule-scm-mule-23495-branches-mule-3-x-MULE-5922-Update-CXF-version-to-latest-2-5-0-td5080550.html added the WSDLQueryHandler class from CXF 2.3.x
  * Fixed the transport factory and destination in order to make things compile

The current status is that JOnAS manages to start with CXF 2.5.x; on the other hand the JAX-WS tests don't pass as the WSDL URL returns an error 404 \:(
